Articles on mediate.com

Conflict Resolution Program student Nancy Sharpless and faculty member Sherrill Hayes both recently had articles published on the widely read professional website mediate.com.

Nancy's article is entitled "Alternative Dispute Resolution: Alternative to the Legal System, Not Just to Court" .

Dr. Hayes's article is entitled "What Happened To The “A” In ADR?: Unintended Consequences Of Institutionalizing Mediation".
