Focus of "Fairly Legal" is mediation

First mentioned on this blog last fall (then called "Facing Kate") USA network premieres its mediation show "Fairly Legal" this week. Time will tell if mediation can make a TV show interesting, but those of us in the field will tune in to see if this can be a primetime breakthrough for the field.
